Jess Deutsch, Associate Director, Student-Athlete Services, Princeton Athletics
Kristen has developed a solid program that demystifies sleep. She provided me with the right level of tools and coaching to allow me to successfully achieve sleep confidence.
Delphine C (NY, NY)
Northstar Sleep School has guided my exploration of well-being, specifically in a domain that I had previously devalued due to my bias for working relentlessly over self-caring. Sleep is now an essential self-care practice for me. I have learned from Kristen how to support conditions for a good night of dreaming.
June L., San Francisco, CA
This course was instrumental in helping me understand the value of sleep routines and schedules, and how to implement them into my family structure.
Katie F. (San Francisco, CA)
Kristen really shed a lot of light on why people have difficulty sleeping, how common it is and the methods in order to improve your level of sleep each night. I plan to take a number of them into consideration on a daily basis.
